Although a shaman of Hombobobom, master of the Biggest Bladder, the Black Breath and Drumroll Blaster, Torgad really wants to be a musician. His drumwork is scarily loud rather than melodious, though, and he does tend to deter prospective partners with his tedious knowledge of past groups and drummers. Needlessly protective of his big sister Gargrag, his quick temper and unexpected strength have seen smart little Torgad through many brawls. Trollball helps him let off steam, as do his gastronomic and psychedelic journeys fungus-picking. Thus he befriended the Blackpool voralans and caught the eye of Atchak Light-as-Dark, who gave him the See-Inside Shades.
